Please understand that these homework assignments may be incorrect. There are days that we don’t cover all material planned, and there are times that we cover more that planned. I write assignments in the same place everyday and remind students in all three classes to copy assignments.
World History
Mon.-Begin review for Ch. 2 test on Wed.
Tues. Ch. 2-4 p. 75 Do vocabulary exercise and questions 8-19 if not finished in class. Study for
Ch. 2 Test on Wed.
Wed.-Read Ch. 3-1 and identify people and places
Thurs.-Define vocabulary words 9. 81-85.
Fri.- Do graphic organizer p. 85.
English/Spelling
Spelling is assigned on Monday. Test and all homework is due on Friday.
Sp. p. 807
1. Copy words from the board on Monday.
2. Copy rules p, q. r. s, t, & u.
3. Write a sentence with each of the words on the spelling list.
4. Write each word 3 times each.

Mon.-Review “The Moustache” for quiz on Tues. Study vocabulary words.
Tue. Read “The Wise Old Woman” for discussion.
Wed. Review p. 106-character. There will be a reading applications test on Thurs. There will be a poem to read, questions to answer, words to define by context, and questions about the characters in a story.
Thurs. Read “The Landlady” p. 171-173.
Fri.-Finish reading “The Landlady”.
